  • Guest service personnel : As guest service personnel your duties include taking reservations, verifying passenger identification, issuing boarding passes, and helping travellers to check-in. 
  • Guest service supervisor : As an airport guest service supervisor you will oversee the tasks of customer service agents, respond to passenger concerns and train new hire personnel in the ground services.
  • Passenger service staff : Passenger service agents are responsible for the administrative and customer service of travellers. Your duties include handling baggage claims, answering customer inquiries, ticketing, assisting the passengers with special needs and other customer service-related functions.
  • Cargo handling staff : As a member of the cargo handling team, you will be responsible for safe and timely movement of all cargo. You may coordinate & supervise the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage.
